Be Still ...

God must have had us folks living in today's crazy, hectic and stressful world in mind in this verse! Every time I read it, just the words calm my thoughts from a weary wad of worry.

It is so touching to hear from stitchers I've never met, who take the time to write me they finished one of my designs. The past few weeks I received an email from Sheila who writes:

"I wanted you to know that I completed my very first piece cross stitch.. It was with your special gift of design - Psalm 46:10, that you created and posted on your Blog January 12, 2007). This stitching took me through both my Mother and Sister's journey of Cancer this year. My mother who is 80 years young made a full recovery."

Thank you Sheila, for taking the time to share your first finish. May your mother and sister continue on a journey back to health. I wish for you many more happy hours of stitching. Welcome to our world!
